VOCO Melbourne Central Hotel

Located at 380 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, VOCO Melbourne Central is a premium hospitality project designed by Suede Interior Design. InStyle Stone delivered the architectural polished concrete flooring package throughout key public and guest amenity areas.

The design team selected polished concrete to complement the hotel’s rich material palette. Timber, brass and deep blue finishes work together to create a sophisticated hospitality environment. As a result, the flooring provides both visual impact and long-term durability.

Architectural Polished Concrete Flooring

This project featured a custom architectural polished concrete finish developed for a luxury hotel environment. Our team completed extensive floor preparation, grinding and polishing to achieve a refined and consistent surface.

In addition, the flooring was finished to deliver excellent clarity, depth and performance. The completed surface provides a premium appearance while meeting the demands of a busy commercial setting.

Brass Inlay Detailing

A defining feature of the project was the integration of brass inlays within the polished concrete flooring. These details introduce subtle visual interest and help define key circulation areas throughout the hotel.
