Richard and Natasha are one of our residential clients. The process involved was a Decorative Concrete Overlay.
The clients originally wanted to go with a polished concrete (Concrete Grind & Polish). The polished wooden floor had been removed from their slab. This left many holes where nails had been used to secure the wooden floor down. Because of the condition of the concrete, and the clients desire for a high end finish rather than an industrial look, the decision was made to go with a Decorative Concrete Overlay. The results were stunning.
